I have a 1977 Merc 850 that has factory tilt and trim. All TT parts are original. Over the last few years, the hydraulic hoses have been weeping fluid and I have been topping off fluid to keep up pressure. Last week when I was on the lake, the pump would not hold pressure even after topping off. Brought it home and topped off again, raised the motor to the stop and one of the hoses blew out in an area that looks to have been rubbing the top of the gas tank for years. (that may be where I was losing pressure on the lake out a pinhole??)

I want to replace all hoses at once, and it looks like I can do it myself. Can I get the hoses or have them made? Any thoughts or issues I will face when replacing the four hoses? Is the unit not holding pressure on the lake hose seepage related or do I possibly have a bigger issue? No external fluid leaks at the rams or at the pump itself. I have owned this boat since 77 and would like to treat it right. Any help would be appreciated.
