Merc 50hp 2-Stroke Prop

Hi Guys,<br />I have a 2005 Merc 50hp, 2- stroke engine on the back of my 2005 Lowe 165 alum boat. The trim tab came loose and I chipped my prop up pretty good (Anyone have that happen before? No lock washer or loctite of any kind on the bolt) A sticker on the anti-cavitation plate gives the gear ratio 1:83:1 and a 12 x22 number. Any idea what the 12x22 is? My prop doesn't say the pitch and dia it. It has a p/n but it is hard to read. Just trying to figure out which prop to put on my rig. I went to a local dealer Sat, and there are about 11 to choose from. Any help would be appreciated.<br />Thx-

22 forward teeth / 12 pinion teeth = 1.83<br /><br />If you can give us the part number, we can help with the pitch. I'd guess you need a 13 or 14 pitch.

My fishing buddy runs a boat similar to yours and he runs a 13P.
