My Rinker Captiva 232 has a Merc 5,7 EFI Bravo 3, Year 2002. Starts very easy and runs quite smooth and nice at idle, problem is that its knocking/spiking at higher rpms(starts at about 2000 rpm) specially at higher torques like when you are going up on plane. I have a new fuelfilter and new gasoline 95 octane, even tryed STP octanebooster, but with the same result; engine is knockin really hard and loud. Anyone who can help me ?
