my 1989 Merc 5.0L on 24 foot Rinker starts good, idles good, runs good until 3000 rpm. When I open throttle more, rpm just does not change, secondary throttle opens, secondary inlet valve also opens, I see lots of fuel coming out of secondary jets. change all filters, check timing and everything I can think of. thanks
