Merc 4hp vibrations

I just bought a 1995 Merc 4hp (1cyl) to replace and older 6hp (2cyl) Johnson. This unit vibrates unbelievably when running anything more than just above idle. Is this normal?

NO! SOrry cant help but doesnt sound too good! Perhaps your flywheel has come loose, did you drop it in water anytime when running?

I just bought one (4 hp 4 stroke) and it vibrates more than it should too.....
