Does this thing have a tension adjustment like the 3000 Classics? This shifter has been a little stiff since I got the boat two years ago, has not become any tighter, just stiff. Shifts fine, but sometimes I get a slight rev as I have pushed the control further than I intended to get past the initial stiffness. No problem returning to neutral, but still stiff. She is a 2001. I am gonna look around for bound cables as Don S. has suggested on other recent threads, but wonder if there is an adjustment screw. I have had a 3000 apart 3 - 4 times for trim switch connection repairs
