whats the difference in the 45 cyl and 4 cyl 50. i owned a 1970 50 hp for 7 yrs. used primarily in salt water. fishing trawling and crabbing. lot of usage in
extreme south la and cape hatteras nc. never had a problem and did preventive maint. Just picked up a l987 45 power tilit and trim.($350) runs well and
trim works. stainless 15 prop. got control and ignition switch wiring worked
out thanks to forum. putting on 16 terry citation bass boat. Katrina salvage hull and trailer.
