1979 Carver with a Mercruiser 260 and SE106 outdrive.

I am not sure if this switch is specific to the mercruiser or the pump assembly or the outdrive - but I cannot find one anywhere online. It is a 3 button switch that controls my outdrive - top button is "up" middle button is "in/out" and bottom button is "down." Normally, I press both the up and in/out buttons to raise the outdrive, and the single down button lowered it. The upper 2-button combo is no longer working, so I cannot raise my outdrive. Thankfully, it's stuck in the garage right now, and not the water.

Any one know where I can find a replacement?

Ayuh,... Have you checked for Power,+ diagnosed that is actually the Switch,..??

A simple up/ down toggle switch can be wired to do what you've been doin' with your fingers...

The lower button labeled "down" is still hot, so am assumng a bad switch. Have also checked pigtail from switch to pump and it all looks good. Could a bad selenoid or bad motor affect one direction of tilt and not the other.

Sounds like I'll be fabricating a new switch plate. Thanks!
