I've got a 2002 nearly new (65 hrs.) Merc 25hp 4-stroke that is overheating. I've noticed the water squirter is working, but much less powerful than normal.<br />I've replaced the impeller and wear plate, and the thermostat - no luck. Its run in salt water and I've also flushed it several times with Salt Terminator - both running and stopped - always with the lower unit in the water.<br /><br />Any other suggestions? Any idea where the blockage may be found, assuming its a blockage?<br /><br />Thanks<br />Lance
