Merc 15 hp manufacture date?

15 hp merc longshaft s/n 0G080536. I'd like to know when this unit was manufactured. I think I have either a seal leak or waterpump leak into prop gear housing- lube shows signs of emulsification - but housing holds pressure.<br /><br />john
