I finally got my 1984 Merc 115hp L6 on my 19' Trophy out into the water today.

The problem I have is after reaching WOT after 10-15 seconds it bogs down to idle ,I return the throttle to idle for a few seconds and then I can open it up again. Running it at less than WOT about 3000 RPM it seems to run fine. It only does it when it is opened up.
It does accelerate fine and runs good for that 15 seconds.
Also, I did notice it bog down slightly on tight turns as well.

Some specs:
Compression: all cylinders in the 120 range 122-128.
Idle speed: no load 900 RPM load 575 RPM
Carbs just rebuilt also replaced floats.
Fuel pump just rebuilt.

I am guessing it is running out of fuel but that is just a guess.

Also, after completing the linK n' sync I have the jets at 1-1/2 turns. I was able to get the boat in gear at 575 RPM which I understand is good.

Any suggestions on what to try next?
1. Open up the jets a little more?
2. Fuel pump?
3. Floats?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Solved this issue:
I noticed the fuel line was kinked. Explained why it bogged down turning and bogged down at WOT.
Replaced line and bulb with new 3/8" - shortened line as well - removed Mercury connector at tank and went straight to fuel line.
At 5200 it hits 40 MPH. Very pleased.
