New shift cam, new follower pin kit, new shift shaft. I can shift 30 times without engine running... no problem. Start engine. shift to forward.. no problem... shift to reverse for 10 seconds... won't come out of reverse.. follower pin has drilled a hole in cam and won't come out. I have now put in a used prop shaft ... same thing happened. Has done this using remote shift and just using slider by hand. Any ideas?
