Hey guys, need some help. I found an 89 100 merc powerhead that ran, but had been in a wreck. The cowling for that baby is about 700 bucks, and the power trim was bent (another 1000 to fix) So I went out and found a 95 115 with blown powerhead. After a little surgery (100 ph on 115 bottom) I had a 1000 dollar outboard. I used the exhaust plate off of the 115 because the 100's was busted. In an effort for more power, I rebuilt the 115 carbs and put them on the 100 ph. Ran great for a bit, but I am having a few problems with idle, and acceleration. Wondering if fuel pump, or accelorator pump is bigger on 115 due to hesitation. I appreciate any help
