Last year I was using this motor on a 1432 jon boat. This year I upgraded the boat to a 1542 Duracraft. I am trying to find a way to squeeze a little more power out of this motor for this boat. Cant afford a different motor this year, so trying to make mine work. Any way replacing carbs, etc, will increase power. Boat is rated for a 25hp motor. Is this motor just way too small?
