I have a 2002 9.9 two stroke. It will not run without the choke on. I took it apart and cleaned everything. No change so I bought a carb kit mostly gaskets and changed everything, no float needle valve, fuel pump ect. I put it back together again no change. I have put in new plugs and tried another gas tank. I also have adjusted the screw on the top of carb still no better. What parts should I replace.
