mer v6 4.3 manifold replacement

Do you need any sealing compound with gaskets?<br />Also the square gasket i notice are supplied with two rectangular apertures open and two with just a hole.<br />Any significance in this?<br />What is the recommended torque for the 6 exhaust and 4 riser bolts would be helpful.<br />any specific order?
