Does anybody have a link to a drawing / information on a Mer-Control throttle/shift control lever unit as per attached photos? I cant anything in my manuals (#3 and #6).
I want to open and inspect / service mine as I found during use at certain lever positions, if I did not hold the handle it would slip back (and the revs would drop accordingly ofcourse). At certain other positions it will be fine.
(Mercruiser MCM 140, Serial number 5568367 with Alpha 1 outdrive OB656591).
