I have a Michigan propeller on my mercury. After having scrubbed off all the sooth I found it to be a "PM 3 CUP".After having done some cross referencing this turned out to be one of the following: Michigan 031042/3/4.
So now I know that the prop is roughly a 13 inch diameter. The pitch is one out of these 3 different sizes.
Is it possible to somehow measure the pitch with the prop sitting on a work bench? Or must I prepare a huge batch of jello, make a rotation in the jello and measure the distance traveled in the jello?
