After WOT runs when the control is put back into neutral, the engine idles high (1500-1700 rpm). W/O touching the control or anything else if I turn off and restart the engine, it idles fine at 500-700 rpm. When the engine is in the high idle condition, I have verified that the idle stop screw is contacting the idle cam. Other than this, engine performance is good. Any ideas on where to look or what to check are appreciated.
