Great boat essentially a clone of the Whaler and supposed to be as good. Big plus on the V-4 motor......... if it were close to me and I had the cash.....I would not mind having it in my fleet! I would jump on it.

They are Great Boats but You need to make sure that its not water logged. They are impossable to fix once they are wet. I just scrapped a 16 footer that wieghed more than twice what it should have.

An average size man should be able to lift the front of the boat. If you can't lift it it's most likely water logged. I don't think it is possable to take top and bottom apart to replace foam without destroying it. Very sad because they are awesome boats. I really miss mine.

If the owner will let you if still in question, you can take up the center section of floor which is held down with 8-10 screws. Under it is a chase. You can drill a hole in it with hole saw. If foam is wet it's done. If dry a quick FG patch and its good to go.

I guess people are missing the real deal.....

The motor and trailer alone are worth more than the asking price.
