MC 140R Head Gasket

Can an automotive gasket be used for this engine? The FelPro Marine head gasket is 48.00 but a NAPA automotive head gasket is 10.00..?? Thanks in advance.

Get the marine one. Its special, and has a coating (often copper) to resist corrosion in the marine environment.
