Hello, about to drop my 3.0LX back in the boat this afternoon.

I realized I can't remember which switch does what on the transom. Anybody got an answer?

Guessing neutral safety and shift cutout. Any idea which is which?

Can never understand why someone will cut a steel fuel line to add a filter with rubber hose to blow themself up plus not being coast guard or insurance approved and then complain when they get blown up with no insurance.
Its supposed to be in the suction side of the pump.
On the Blue motor is the correct way to do fuel lines

Looks great! I’d like to know where you got those invisible spark plug wires, I hate that they clutter up engine room area.

Ha, yeah! That was one of the many issues I fixed from PO(s). I'd guess they thing they want to "see" the filter for some reason.

Those are actually the same motor (block). The blue one is a full year's worth of days off, more wire wheels than I care to count, more than a few trips to the hardware store and a lot of new accessories.

Haha! Yeah, I can't bare putting the old ones back on, and haven't picked up some new wires yet. Still working on getting the engine aligned, and the drive back on, so not biggest priority.

I run two small business, and starting a third, so I'm a bit of a tortoise on this project. Really happy to see it coming together though.

Thanks!
