1992 Suzuki 150 super-six oil injection. I noticed that I have 2-stroke oil at the bottom of my engine cover. It may have just been a spill when filling up the oil tank. I have not noticed the oil level falling. What should I check to make sure I don't have a leak? I should get my engine manual this Monday. In the meantime any help would be great. Thanks

OK, I definately have a leak. It is a very slow leak but enough to puddle in the engine bay. The injection seems to be working just fine, and I have know alarms going off. Any ideas?

Hi,
Have You the engine tilted up max when You do not use it?

I had a Suzuki DT65 (1991) before and I had the engine max tilted up when I did not use it. It was some oil/gas at the bottom of the engine cover when I had not used the boat for some days. I asked a Suzuki service center if this is normal and he said Yes. It will be some gas from carburators that will find it's way to the bottom of the cover. Nothing to do about it and normal. But if it is "oil" in your case you maybe have a leak in the oil tank or in some tube (or connecton).

/Bo
