I have a busted shaft on my Minn Kota Maxxum. I was able to pick up a used motor to replace it but I need to figure out how to take apart this mount to insert the new motor and shaft assembly. the way the Maxxum mounts is different than the older traditional mounts that just have a hinge and swing open. If anyone has ever taken theirs apart and has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
