Just wondering if someone could tell me what the max operating RPM is for a 1999 3.0L Mercruiser engine. I can't seem to find it in the owners manual. I have '99 SeaRay 180 bowrider and it came with a 23 pitch prop. I wanna downsize for better hole shot but don't wanna over rev at WOT...Thanks
