If you can hear the fuel pump kick on and run for a few seconds when you turn the key you will know you have power and fuel.
Does the engine Crank? If not then maybe you don't have enough power in the battery or you have a solenoid problem.
Does it crank but not fire? Maybe it's a plug at the computer or a fuse in the ignition system.
Was the boat running alright before this happened?
