So I got my master craft running but now it has a leak somewhere. I was told it is where the out drive goes out the boat on the rubber thing? Not sure of the name of the part I need and has anyone ever replaced one and how hard is it?

We can tell you how to fix a leak, but you have to get in there and find it first. Put the boat in the water, open engine covers and hatches until you find where the water is coming in at. Then post a picture.
I'm with Bond-o, never seen or heard of a Mastercraft with a sterndrive.
did you mean where the shaft goes through the hull instead of outdrive? i'm going to assume you got the mastercraft part right and that's what you mean.
there's probably what's called a stuffing box that seals the shaft although there's a chance you have a dripless shaft seal. would be best to take a pic of your setup and post it here once you determine that's where it's leaking.
if my assumption is right you might need to have it in gear to see the leak. or, it might be leaking enough that putting in gear isn't necessary. either way, bring a friend so one can drive and the other can look. you shouldn't need to go faster than idle speed.
