I have a Mark 25 Ser# 1039435. How much do you think it's worth ? It came with a 14' boat I purchased. I replaced the pull start coil spring and ran it a few times last summer. It planed the boat out nicely. Thanks

Re: Mark 25

Decent Mark 25s seem to lose interest above $300-400 in my area. I've seen some priced higher, but they don't tend to sell...

depends on where you are, however between $200 and $400 seems to be the going rate for a decent running motor. one that needs work will go for much much less.

Thanks, In my area NJ, PA. I see lots of older Johnson / Evinrudes for sale. Have not seen any older Mercs. Like I said, it runs so may be I'll keep it for a while.

If it runs, why get rid of it ? It may be worth only a couple of hundred, but think of the cost of a new one! Repaint and cherish it!

Good point quicktach, I just won't use it enough and figure somebody will enjoy running it.
