If you examine his record... what has HE really done?<br /><br />Ya, ya, I know... San Francisco. What coach couldn't have won with the talent left to him by George Seifert. His real coaching ability... or lack there of was on display for the nation to see last Thursday. No offensive game plan at all. No blocking. No effort. A defense that was respectable prior to the injuries... coached by an ex-head coach BTW.<br /><br />He's had two and a half years to make a difference. Well here's your difference... they are worse than when he took over.<br /><br />Go ahead Green Bay... he's all yours!

He got the most from the least talent.
