Mariner year 25M 695 S 018344

Just picked up a project motor. From what I can gather this is a Mariner 1982 or 83 built by Yamaha. Am I correct on the year? If I am incorrect can someone please correct me.
Would parts be interchangeable with a Yamaha same year and HP?
Need to order parts and need to know where to look.

The model number that comes up (7025200) running the serial number has it as an 1980 engine year. You can search the model number online for a parts catalog.

Hello your best bet is find a parts motor Yamaha did not really enter the U.S. market until 1984. So trying to cross reference those is tough some parts are available from mercury.
