Hello, im new to the forums and couldnt find anything that matches my problem. I have a 1995 Mariner 60 HP 2 stroke tiller. Its starts and runs like new but today i was getting it ready to fish tomorrow and the throttle on the tiller will not turn at all. It starts fine, shifts fine and idles great. Throttle linkage does not appear to be physically damaged or bound at all, there is no "throttle lock" anywhere I can see... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks very much in advance.
