Can someone give me some ideas on what's causing this?

I have a 1984 20hp Mariner. Carb was recently rebuilt & it runs really good above idle. But, at idle is another story...

The best way to describe it is caughing. It seems to be running lean at idle & it idles really rough. Is there an idle mixture adjustment on this thing? I can only find a high speed adj.

------------------
Find the birds & you've found the fish!

The high speed adjust on mine is a screw that is just above the mouth of the carb. It is a brass looking screw head that should be almost flush with the face of the carb.
