Measure the opening and buy whatever fits/fills the holes.

Never seen just "holes". Always tubes with gimbal pins.

Yeah, many different options out there. If they're the tube style, just google "flush mount rod holders" and find one that works.

A picture of your center console would be helpful as well. There were a few different versions throughout the years.

Looks and sounds (dim wise) more like cup than rod holders.

Could have simply had edge molding in the inside or perhaps even a trim ring
