Mariner Birthdate Needed

I have a Japanese built Mariner 60 hp. Ineed to know when it was built so as I may buy a manual.<br />The only info I have is: on the cowling it says Mariner 60, and on the tag it says it was built in Japan and has a 675 series SN « 675 305318 ». Any help would be greatly apreciated

I believe it's a 1980 motor.

After inspecting the tag in daylight I see there is an L in the # 675L305318 which I beleive to be a 1980 model . Would anyone know the Headbolt torque setting for this motor
