I have a 95 mariner 60hp. Serial number 0g185851. When i got it ot did not have the trim tab anode so i bought one but need to know size of the bolt to hold it om. Its one that bolts from the bottom through the anode. The anode that fits is oem 17264t2. Thanks

It's a cap screw with an allen head. Take the anode to a hardware or Big Box store and use the size below to be sure.

Thank you. Ill pick one up and try it. The znode isnt threaded the bolt voes though bottom of anode and screws into motor. I had a similiar bolt that came with the 1st anode i ordered but didnt fit and that bolt was too big

I wrongly assumed it was the same as a Merc motor.

If you have any loose metric bolts laying around, try some to size what you need. It takes a washer too.

Hi. If you buy a genuine part it usually comes with the bolt.
I know that on the larger gearcases it takes a 13mm socket on the head. In my part of the world that’s normally a M10 bolt...but these are maybe not metric threads. I’ve never looked close enough to be honest.
does it not bolt in from the top ?
