Mariner 60 hp outboard in Australia but made in Belgium.

Hi all,

I have a Mariner 60 hp that is a 3 cylinder 2 carby outboard but I am struggling to get parts because not matter what web site I look up the numbers don't match.
My S/N is 9460524 and I guess the web does not do Australian numbers?

Any help would be appreciated.

My Mercury service manual for quasi-recent 90 thru 125 HP, 3 and 4 cylinder engines states that it applies to these engines: "With serial numbers... United States....xxxxxxxxx and above, and Belgium....xxxxxxxx and above. There are a lot of parts breakdowns in the manual, but no part numbers. I suppose you would have to seek a parts list manual.

Try contacting Merc in Fondulac (spelling) Wisconsin, USA.

Yes your engine was made in Belgium and here is the parts listing for s/ns 938911 thru 9469199:
