mariner 50hp 4stroke weak spark won't run

i guys i have a mariner 50hp 4stroke the plugs all spark and are getting fuel but just wont fire or run any body got any idia been told possible stator done ohms test and manual says 272-408 and im getting 208

Test the spark as it should jump a 1/2 gap with a bright blue snap,it sounds like spark is weak and wont fire under compression....

Tested spark and it does seem to be weak what could be the likley cause
