Mariner 30 Crank, Powerhead bolts and Flywheel Torque Settings?

Hello

I'm rebuilding the powerhead on a 2007 Mariner 30hp 2 banger. It's the International model made in japan Serial numbe ONO 92204. A bearing went after some water got in after a blown head gasket....long story!

What I need iBoaters, is torque settings for the following:

1/ Crankcase
2/ Powerhead bolts
3/ Flywheel nut.

I have head bolts at 20-22lbs cause I replaced the head gasket a couple of years ago.

If there is a free manual available online or in iBoats can some one direct me to the place.

The service manual part number you need looks to be 90-853985. Don't think it's going to be available online for no charge though.

Hi fun times, thanks for the link, , however it was for a 30/40 hp and only had the first 4 pages to the manual.
