I have 13ft whaler 1993,empty inside,prop.3x10x11 & 4x10x11 dont plane at full WOT,help me. HIGH RPM & LOW SPEED,SOUNDS OF MOTOR RUNNING BUBBLES AND AIR

Check to see if the engine is the right length for the boat.<br /><br />TMD

thanks DR. for reply,manuf.said 15hp is correct & 3 persons max.some people said that put in stabilizer in a cavitation plate but im not sure...
