1995 Mariner 150HP 2.0 Litre 2 stroke, runs fine in gear but won't idle in or out of water. Replaced fuel lines, fuel filter and fuel bulb two weeks ago. Cleaned carbs this weekend still no luck. Motor is on a 1995 Robalo 1820 which has a built-in fuel tank. Dont know if it is a fuel delivery problem or something else. Welcome suggestions/thoughts on what to look at next. Thanks!
