marine radio commands and channel

can somebody tell me the marine vhf commands?And also what channels do I use for what? Like I know 16 is USCG and 09 is port operations.

None. You would hail a specific individual on 16 and then switch to another channel for conversation once you contact them. There is no "group chat" channel. Most people are only monitoring 16...
