marine gasket kit vs auto gasket kit

What would be the difference in a marine gasket kit for a 429 cj and a auto gasket kit...I know the head gasket is composite but I can order the same gaskets for auto..So a bit confused...Thanks

Any good auto parts stores have marine gasket sets available through victor-fel pro and etc
