Marine Engine Diagnostics Opinion

I am looking to purchase a used 2000, 40 HP Mercury four stroke motor. The owner has provided me with a Marine Engine Diagnostics report from his mechanic. The report provides a lot of data, but I don't know if I am interpreting it correctly. Could somebody please be so kind as to take a look at the attached report and tell me if this is a good engine to purchase?

Do you have a Merc dealer locally? That would be the quickest way; just swing by there with the printouts and ask Service. It's definitely a LOT of repetitive information. From a layman's standpoint; the 2622 hours of use, along with all the ECM notifications would spook me too. Good luck, and hopefully someone comes along that's currently servicing these motors that will know the answers.
