Manufacturing year of a Johnson 2 hp

Hi !
I have got me a Johnson 2hp with model # J2 CRS and serial # B32810.
I guess the motor is manufactured before -79 as I cant track or readout the mfg year.
Can someone help me ?

That model number seems short to me, but if it is correct I think you have a 1984 model.

He's missing the R after the 2 but I'd also say 1984.

I double checked and those are the numbers to be found both on the engine and on the stamped plate, it`s produced in Belgium.
Bu I will go for that it`s produced 1984.
Any idea were I can find a service manual ?

Right here on I-Boats. Get an OEM one. Not Seloc or Clymer.
