Manually tilt 78 chyrsler 115hp with power tilt

The power tilt stopped working on my Chrysler 115hp o/b and im wondering how to manually raise the engine so i can tow it home? Thanks.

I don't know if that motor has a manual release.<br /><br />If need be, you can remove the hydrolic lines from the pump, then lift the engine and place a 2x4 between the motor and the mount. Secure the 2x4 with rope and bungees to prevent it from falling out while on the road.

i have a manual for that motor i have an 83 115 ill look it up and repost in the morning sory for the wait<br /><br /><br />Ray
