Manual windshield wiper

Hello<br /><br />Has anyone ever seen or heard of a manual windshield wiper -- it is suppossed to just clip onto the windshield and you move the lever whenever you need it to wipe the windshield.<br />If anyone Knows where to get one, please let me know.<br /><br />Thanks<br />Cool It

Any help on this one -- I would like to find this wiper becuase I dont feel like doing the wiring on an elctric one. I only need a wiper once in a while -so the manual one will come in handy<br /><br />Thanks<br />Cool It

Didn't see one in iboats mall, but there's one here. <br /><br /> manual wiper <br /><br />A clean windshield and a coating of Rain-X will help too.<br /><br />Happy Boating.

Thanks roscoe-- I just checked my catalog and it is there I must have missed it . I think that wiil do the trick. I do use rain-x which helps but I figure for the colder months when I have the canvas enclosure on I will need the windshield wiper<br /><br />Thanks again- I also thought there was one that clips on without having to drill a hole- I might still try to search for that a little longer before I go for this one.<br /><br />Cool It

I doubt that one that attaches with clips would work. You need a good bit pf downward pressure on the blade to clean effectively - just like a car.

I bought the wiper today - I was hoping someone has used this so I could find out how it will work before I drill a hole in my windshield frame<br /><br />anyone out there tried one of these hand windshield wipers???????????<br /><br />Thanks<br />Cool It
