I need a manual for an Evinrude Fastwin, 20HP (suspect due to a dealers advice that it may be an 18HP) think year is '73 or '74 it is an electric start<br /><br />serial is: 203B02A B3660<br /><br />I need the manual so I know the torque settings for the cylinder head and to see what part of the charging circuit is missing (possibly a regulator or similar)<br /><br />If you know how to get a manual for this exact engine or have a manual and can advise or if you know the answers to these wuries I would appreciate it
