2002 90 h.p. Mercury (2 stroke) dies at idle (neutral and in gear) and is somewhat hard to start after it dies. Mechanic says it's just a low idle issue, and I can adjust this myself. Is it REALLY as simple as getting it in the water and turning the screw? Sounds to easy to believe. I'm trying to avoid putting it in the shop. The motor runs great once I'm going. Thanks for your help!
