main jet mod for more power Yammie 90 2 stroke??

I just serviced the carbs on a 90 HP 2 stroke +/- 95 model. Friend was wondering if a carb mod is do-able to get a little more umph out of the engine...I was thinking perhaps a main jet mod?? Dunno, really just curious if there are after market jets out there. I told him I could put boyesen reeds in and that would likely give him a power/performance boost...

not really but you can modify the jets yourself
remember your dealing with an air/fuel ratio.
alter the ratio and it will run rich or lean.
neither is good.
