Propane torch and some vicegrips or hit with some penetrating oil and let it sit overnight. Then vicegrips

If you can heat with a propane torch and then use bees wax ,it will come out fast. I had a machine shop show me and I have done it myself and it work!!!! West marine sells a small block of 100%bees wax.

How hot can the aluminum head get? It's not sticking out that far, the torch is hitting the head. I got it hot and used visegrips but its pealing the bolt away.

You need to spray it with something like PB Blaster and let it sit overnight, then possibly do it again. PB Blaster is designed to leach into threads and loosen corrosion so that the corrosion starts dissolving, if you can't get it out that way, then you might have to cut off flush, center drill and then use an extractor tool to back it out. At this point, I would get some PB Blaster and start spraying the bolt at the base, is this a bolt that goes all the way through, or does it deadhead in the block?

Maybe try some of that Freeze-Off bolt remover....spray it on, shrinks the bolt with very cold blast....I've not tried it myself, but it might be worth a shot....Auto-Zone type places carry it....

I would stay away from the drilling the bolt and using an eazyout tool. Worst case you can weld another stud to the broken stud and the heat that is concentrated on the bolt when welding should be enought to help it free.what will happen when drilling the bolt is th bit will walk then you going to drill into the block unless you can grid the bolt flat and put the motor in a jig and use a drill press and drill it perfectly square.worst case pay the machine shop to do it and save yourself some trouble. Know you limits and when to let the pros handle it.

So not looking good. Tried the penetrating oil and heat for 2 days. Vise grips are starting to tear down what's left of the bolt. Turning this over to the pros. I think this thing may be cross threaded at this point

I have successfully drilled and used eazy out tools many times over the years, but you do have to know what you are doing and make sure that everything is squared up and center punched correctly before you drill, if you have never done it, then your best bet is a machine shop.
